Automatic Sync Config

Used to configure the time that the system automatically synchronizes data from Woo store to CRM and from CRM to Woo store.

Add sync time setting

• Step 1.Go to Sales channelmenu under Omni Salesmodule from the left sidebar -> Select the Setting channel -> Create a woo channel
• Step 2. Go to Settingsmenu under Omni Salesmodule from the left sidebar -> Select Automatic sync config-> click Addbutton
• Step 3. In the New store sync autopopup, fill in the required details and click Save Store: Select the Woo Commerce channel you created in Step 1.Inthe CRM → Woo Commercesection: Check the boxes for the items you want to automatically upload to Woo Commerce (e.g., Product Info, Inventory Info, Price, Description).Then set the sync interval (e.g., every X minutes).Inthe Woo Commerce → CRMsection: To automatically download orders into CRM, check the box for Orderand set the sync interval (e.g., every X minutes).
• Step 4. Click Saveto save and activate the sync schedule

• Store: Select the Woo Commerce channel you created in Step 1.
• Inthe CRM → Woo Commercesection: Check the boxes for the items you want to automatically upload to Woo Commerce (e.g., Product Info, Inventory Info, Price, Description).Then set the sync interval (e.g., every X minutes).
• Inthe Woo Commerce → CRMsection: To automatically download orders into CRM, check the box for Orderand set the sync interval (e.g., every X minutes).
