Commission Program

Create New Commission Program

To create a new commission program:

Step 1.Go to Commission Programmenu under Commissionmodule from the left sidebar

Step 2. -> click the Newbutton

In the Commission Program page, fill the following details:

1. Enter the Nameof the program.
2. Select From dateand To date. This is the validaty period of the program.
3. Choose Customer groupsfor your program (optional). Commission is only charge to the invoice of the selected customer group. If no customer group is selected, the program will be applied to all customer groups in the system.
4. Choose Customersfor your program (optional). Commission is only charge to the invoice of the selected customer. If no customer is selected, the program will be applied to all customer or customers in the selected group.
5. Select the type of commission to be used as Percentageor Fixed.
6. Select amount to calculate as Total invoice amountor Profit.Profit = Sale price - Purchase Price
7. Select commission policy type as Ladder of Invoiceor Percentage of Invoiceor Percentage of Productor Ladder of Invoice ( Product).
8. Enter the From amount,To amountand Commission.If From amountis left blank, there is no minimum value limit. If To amountis blank, there is no maximum value limit
9. Click+to add a new ladder or-to clear a ladder.
