Guide: Permission

Welcome to the user guide for the Permission in Marketpulse OS CRM. This document provides a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on effectively using this module.

Permission

Users can access the modules based on their permission.

Admin: has unrestricted access to all the modules. You as an admin, can assign permission for role or specific employees.

Add Permission

  • Step 1. Go to Settingsmenu under Timesheets & Leavemodule from the left sidebar.
  • Step 2. Select Permissionsmenu -> Click on the Addbutton.
  • Step 3. In the Permissionspage, fill the following details: Role: this set of permission applies to all employees of the select role.Staff name: this set of permission applies to select staff.Timesheet - Attendance - View: only allowed tocheck-in/outand seehis own timekeeping data,export the timesheet to excel file. If the HR Record module isactivated, hecan see the data of the employeeswhoaremanaged by him.Timesheet - Attendance - View ( Global):view attendance data of all employees.Timesheet - Leave - View: allows tocreateanddeletehis own leave request.If the HR Record module isactivated, he can see the data of the employees whoaremanaged by him and he candeletetheir leave requests.Timesheet - Leave - View (Global):View,createanddeleteleave requests for all employees.Work routes - View: Allows to create routesfor him and the employees whoaremanaged by him (if HR Record module isactivated) .Work routes - View ( Global):allows to create routes for all employees.Timesheet - Additional Work Hours - View: only allows tocreate his own additional work hours.If the HR Record module isactivated, he can see the data of the employees whoaremanaged by him and he candeletethem.Timesheet - Additional Work Hours - View ( Global):onlyallows to create his own additional work hours.View and delete data of all employees Timesheet - Additional Work Hours for Specific Employee - Create: cancreate additional work hours for all employeesin the system Timesheet - Work shift table - View: can see list ofshiftandshiftcategories.No permission to create, edit, delete. He can view the data of his ownwork shift tableandthe employees whoaremanaged by him (if HR Record module isactivated) Timesheet - Work shift table - View ( Global): allows tocreate, editing, deleting shift category and shift. He can view thework shift tabledata of all employees.Timesheet - Report - View: see only his own data.If the HR Record module isactivated, he can see the data of the employees whoaremanaged by him.Timesheet - Report - View (Global):view the data of all employees.Timesheet - Workplace management - View: can only see the list of workplaces and workplaces assigned to him,no permission to create,editing, delete.If the HR Record module isactivated, he can see the data of the employees whoaremanaged by him.Timesheet - Workplace management - View ( Global): allows tocreate, edit, delete workplaceandassign workplacefor all employees.
  • Step 4. Click Savebutton
  • Role: this set of permission applies to all employees of the select role.
  • Staff name: this set of permission applies to select staff.
  • Timesheet - Attendance - View: only allowed tocheck-in/outand seehis own timekeeping data,export the timesheet to excel file. If the HR Record module isactivated, hecan see the data of the employeeswhoaremanaged by him.
  • Timesheet - Attendance - View ( Global):view attendance data of all employees.
  • Timesheet - Leave - View: allows tocreateanddeletehis own leave request.If the HR Record module isactivated, he can see the data of the employees whoaremanaged by him and he candeletetheir leave requests.
  • Timesheet - Leave - View (Global):View,createanddeleteleave requests for all employees.
  • Work routes - View: Allows to create routesfor him and the employees whoaremanaged by him (if HR Record module isactivated) .

  • Timesheet - Additional Work Hours - View: only allows tocreate his own additional work hours.If the HR Record module isactivated, he can see the data of the employees whoaremanaged by him and he candeletethem.
  • Timesheet - Additional Work Hours - View ( Global):onlyallows to create his own additional work hours.View and delete data of all employees
  • Timesheet - Additional Work Hours for Specific Employee - Create: cancreate additional work hours for all employeesin the system
  • Timesheet - Work shift table - View: can see list ofshiftandshiftcategories.No permission to create, edit, delete. He can view the data of his ownwork shift tableandthe employees whoaremanaged by him (if HR Record module isactivated)
  • Timesheet - Work shift table - View ( Global): allows tocreate, editing, deleting shift category and shift. He can view thework shift tabledata of all employees.
  • Timesheet - Report - View: see only his own data.If the HR Record module isactivated, he can see the data of the employees whoaremanaged by him.
  • Timesheet - Report - View (Global):view the data of all employees.
  • Timesheet - Workplace management - View: can only see the list of workplaces and workplaces assigned to him,no permission to create,editing, delete.If the HR Record module isactivated, he can see the data of the employees whoaremanaged by him.
  • Timesheet - Workplace management - View ( Global): allows tocreate, edit, delete workplaceandassign workplacefor all employees.
