Welcome to the user guide for the Plan in Marketpulse OS CRM. This document provides a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on effectively using this module.

Plan

Plan is used when creating the campaign.

Create Plan

  • Step 1. Go to  the Recruitmentmodule in the left sidebar and select Settingsmenu.
  • Step 2. Select the Other settings menu -> Activate Show recruitment plan.
  • Step 3.Go to Planmenu under Recruitmentmodule from the left sidebar -> click New Planbutton.
  • Step 4. In the New Plan page, fill tin the following details: 1. Enter the Plan name2. Select the Position,Positionfield data is taken from Job Position Setting3.Select the Department4. Enter the Quantity to be recruited5. Select the Working form: Internship or Full time or Part-time or Collaborators6. Enter the Workplace7. Enter the Starting salary (from) and Starting salary (to)8. Enter the From dateand To date9. Enter The reason for the recruitment10. Enter the Job description11. Select an Approver12. Go to Candidate requirementsand fill in the requested details
  • Step 5. Click Savebutton
  • Step 6. View plan detail and approve the plan by Approver

Edit Plan

Only plan with the Planstatus can be edited

  • Step 1. Go to Planmenu under Recruitmentmodule from the left sidebar
  • Step 2. Select the plan need to be edited and click Edit
  • Step 3.Make the necessary changes and click Savebutton.

Delete Plan

Only plan with the Planstatus can be deleted

  • Step 1. Select the Planmenu ->  Select the plan need to be deleted and click Deletebutton.
  • Step 2. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The plan will be deleted.

Plan Detail

Select the plan and click Viewbutton.
