Create a Route Point

Create a New Route Point

  • Step 1. Go to Settingsmenu under Timesheets & Leavemodule from the left sidebar
  • Step 2. Select the Settings menu -> click on the Allow attendance by route
  • Step 3.Go to Work routesmenu under Timesheets & Leavemodule from the left sidebar
  • Step 4. Select Route pointtab  -> click on the Addbutton
  • Step 5. Click on the Addbutton.1. Enter the Name2. Select the Relate to: Customer or Workplace ( optional) If Customeris selected, the customer's address is automatically filled in the Addressfield If Workplaceis selected, the latitude and longitude of the workplace are automatically filled in the Latitudeand Longitudefields3. Enter the Address4. Enter the LatitudevàLongitudeor click on Get coordinatesbutton ( enable GPSto get Latitude and Longitude)5. Enter the Radius (m): the distance between the employee and the route point must beless than or equalto this radius for the employee to check-in/out successfully.
  • Step 6. Click on the Savebutton
