Welcome to the user guide for the Create Return Order ( Part 1) in Marketpulse OS CRM. This document provides a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on effectively using this module.

Create Return Order ( Part 1)

  • An employee can create a return order when: The sale order has a Finishstatus, shipment status is Product deliveredand thereturn request must be placed within X days after the delivery date For the orders that do not have a shipment, it is possible tocreate a return orderfor an order with Finish status
  • In client portal, show Return Requestbutton when: If the order has a shipment number, the customer can create a return order when the status of the shipment is product delivered and within X days of delivery If there is no shipment, customers can create returns for orders in the Finishtab.
  • The sale order has a Finishstatus, shipment status is Product deliveredand thereturn request must be placed within X days after the delivery date
  • For the orders that do not have a shipment, it is possible tocreate a return orderfor an order with Finish status
  • If the order has a shipment number, the customer can create a return order when the status of the shipment is product delivered and within X days of delivery

Create return order at admin portal

  • Step 1. Settingorder return
  • Step 2. Go to Order listmenu under Omni Salesmodule from the left sidebar -> Click Create return orderbutton
  • Step 3. In the Add order return page, fill in the required details and click Save1. Select thesales order2. Select the Return type: Fullorpartially3. Enter the Return reason

Create return order at client portal

  • Step1. Click Order listmenu ->Finishtab -> view order detail
  • Step 2. Click Return request
  • Step 3. Selectreturn type,return item,return reasonand click Send request
