Welcome to the user guide for the Permission to show / hide the File Sharing menu screen for employees in Marketpulse OS CRM. This document provides a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on effectively using this module.
To allow employees to see the File Sharing menu screens or hide them, we assign the following permissions:
*Note: Only display or hide menu can be bound, but the detailed permissions in the screen still have to be decentralized according to 1.1 and 1.2
-Step 1: Select Setup -> Select Roles screen -> Proceed for employees who need to hide / show the File Sharing module into the same role -> Then select the edit function to edit screen permissions
-Step 2: The system will display the Edit employee screen -> Proceed to select the menu screens to decentralize the view or uncheck the check to hide
-Step 3: Then select upload all staff using this role -> Then select Submit
