Welcome to the user guide for the Personal authorization in Marketpulse OS CRM. This document provides a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on effectively using this module.

Personal authorization

The Personal Permissions screen will manage the rights of employees and customers if not using shared permissions

1.Add new permissions

-Step 1: Select the File Sharing module -> select the Settings menu -> Select the Configurations screen -> Select the ADD function

-Step 2: The system will display the Add new Configuration screen with 2 options: Delegating rights to employees and Delegating rights to customers. If delegating to employees, go to step 3 or move to step 4 if delegating to customers

-Step 3: To assign permissions to employees -> Select Staff data -> Enter the necessary values and select Save to save the action you just performed or select Close to cancel the operation and return to the main screen

- Step 4: To decentralize the customer -> Select Client data -> Enter the necessary values and select Save to save the action you just performed or select Close to cancel the operation and return to the main screen

2.Edit permissions

Select the functioncorresponding to the line to be edited

3.Remove permissions Select the functioncorresponding to the line to be deleted
