Welcome to the user guide for the POS- Shift in Marketpulse OS CRM. This document provides a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on effectively using this module.

POS- Shift

Create a New Shift

To create a new shift, make sure this employee has noopen shift

Step 1. Go to POSmenu under Omni Salesmodule from the left sidebar.Or go to Sales channelmenu under Omni Salesmodule from the left sidebar-> click Go to page at POS
Step 2. Click Create shiftbutton
Step 3. In the New shiftpopup, enter the Open balanceand click Savebutton

Close a Shift

Step 1.Go to POSmenu under Omni Salesmodule from the left sidebar.
Step 2. Select a shift and click
Step 3. clickand click Close shiftbutton
Step 4. Click Okaytoconfirm close this shift

Delete a Shift

Only shifts with Closed status can be deleted and only administrators can delete them
