Guide: Sales Channel _ Woocommerce (Part 1)

Welcome to the user guide for the Sales Channel _ Woocommerce (Part 1) in Marketpulse OS CRM. This document provides a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on effectively using this module.

Sales Channel _ Woocommerce (Part 1)

  • Turn on: can access the channel and setting the product for channel.
  • Turn off: can not access the channel.

Add Key on Woo

Log in to the Woocommerce websitee -> select Woo Commerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> REST API -> select Add key button

In the Key details page: enter Description, select Read/Write-> select Generate API key

Copy Consumer keyand Consumer secretto fill in Add Woocommerce Channel form

Add Woocmmerce Channel

  • Step 1.Enable Woo Commerce Integration in CRMFrom the left sidebar, go to the Omni Salesmodule → select the Sales Channelmenu → check the checkbox for Woo Commerceto activate it.
  • Step 2.Click on Setting channel
  • Step 3. Click Addbutton
  • Step 4. In the Add Woocommerce Channelpopup, fill in the required details Namestore: Enter your Woo Commerce store name URL: Paste your Woo Commerce website URLConsumer key: Paste the Consumer key copied in Step 3Consumer secret: Paste  the Consumer secretcopied in Step 3
  • Step 5. Clikc Save
  • Step 6.Test the Woo Commerce Connection.Hover over the Woo Commerce channel you just created and click Edit.
  • Step 7.Click "Test Connection"
  • If the result shows“Connection successful”, it means your configuration is correct.
  • If it shows“Connection failed”, please double-check the following:
  • Namestore: Enter your Woo Commerce store name
  • URL: Paste your Woo Commerce website URL
  • Consumer key: Paste the Consumer key copied in Step 3
  • Consumer secret: Paste  the Consumer secretcopied in Step 3

If the result shows“Connection successful”, it means your configuration is correct.

If it shows“Connection failed”, please double-check the following:

  • URL (your Woo Commerce website link)
  • Consumer Key
  • Consumer Secret

Add Product

  • Step 1. Select a woo store and click
  • Step 2. Click Add button and fill in the required details:

Edit Price on Store

The system automatically synchronizes prices to woocommerce after updating.

Update Price button

Used when the sale price of the item in the CRM is changed and the user wants the price of the product on the Woocommerce store to be the same as the sale price in the CRM.

  • Step 1. Edit the selling price of these items in the modules: Inventory, Manufacturing or Sale-Items (if any)
  • Step 2. Go to the Woo store -> click Update Pricebutton→Pricecolumn and Price on storecolumn are updated.

Sync To Woocommerce store

Click Sync Tobutton and choose the appropriate option

  • Sync all information: Sync all products information from CRM to woo store
  • Long Description: only sync long description of products from CRM to woo store
  • Image: only sync image of products from CRM to woo store
  • Sync price: only sync prices of products from CRM to woo store
  • Inventory: only sync inventory of products from CRM to woo store
  • Product Name: only sync name of products from CRM to woo store

Sync all information: Sync all products information from CRM to woo store

Long Description: only sync long description of products from CRM to woo store

Image: only sync image of products from CRM to woo store

Sync price: only sync prices of products from CRM to woo store

Inventory: only sync inventory of products from CRM to woo store

  • Short Description: only sync short description  of products from CRM to woo store
