Welcome to the user guide for the Install confirmation via SMS in Marketpulse OS CRM. This document provides a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on effectively using this module.
1. SMS Setting- Step 1: Go to Settings menu -> Select SMS screen -> Select "Enable SMS"
-Step2: Proceedtoenter the setting values -> Select Save Settings to savetheoperation just performed
*Note :
The Enable SMSfield,if allowed, will be able to use authentication via Whatsapp,but provided that the Enable Multi Factor Authentication field in the General settings screen is also allowed
2. SMS menu
- Step 1: Select MFA Manager menu -> Enable SMS confirmation
- Step 2: Enterthephone numbertosendthecode to when logging into the system.
*Note: The area code ofthe phone number is requiredsothatthe system can send the code to your correct phone number
