Welcome to the user guide for the Install confirmation via Whatsapp in Marketpulse OS CRM. This document provides a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on effectively using this module.
1. Whatsapp Setting
- Step 1: Go to Settings menu -> Select Whatsapp screen
- Step 2: Proceedtoenter the setting values -> Select Save Settings to savetheoperation just performed
*Note :
ØThe Enable Whatsapp field,if allowed, will be able to use authentication via Whatsapp,but provided that the Enable Multi Factor Authentication field in the General settings screen is also allowed.
2. Whats App Menu
-Step 1: Select MFA Manager menu -> Enable Whatsapp confirmation
-Step 2: Enterthephone numbertosendthecode to when logging into the system.
*Note: It is necessary to enter the area code ofthephone numberso that the system can send the code to your correct phone number onthe Whatsapp app
