Welcome to the user guide for the Approval Settings in Marketpulse OS CRM. This document provides a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on effectively using this module.

Approval Settings

Add New Approval Setting

To add a new approval  to your organization:

  • Step 1. Go to Settingsmenu under Inventorymodule from the left sidebar.
  • Step 2. Select Approval Settingsmenu -> Click on the New approval settingbutton.
  1. Enter the Subject.
  2. Selectstaff
  3. Select action: approve or sign
  4. Clickto add another approver to the process Clickto remove a approver from the process
  • Step 4. Click Savebutton

Edit approval setting

To edit the details of an existing approval :

  • Step 1. Go to Settingsmenu under Inventory module from the left sidebar
  • Step 2. Select Approval Settingsmenu ->Select approval setting need to be edited and click Edit
  • Step 3. Make the necessary changes and click Savebutton

Delete approval

Transaction after auto-generated is approved

  • Step 1. Go to Settingsmenu under Inventory module from the left sidebar
  • Step 2. Select Approval Settingsmenu ->Select the approval need to be deleted and click Delete
  • Step 3. Confirm your selection in the following pop-up. The approval will be deleted.
