Welcome to the user guide for the Automatically generate lot numbers in Marketpulse OS CRM. This document provides a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on effectively using this module.
1. Activate the automatic Lot number generation mechanism
Go to Settingsmenu under Inventorymodule ->Prefix Settings-> Check the "Automatically generate batch numbers" box enable automatic batch number generation -> enter Lot Number Prefixand Next Lot Number-> then click Save.
Lot number structure: Lot number should be auto generated starting with Lot, then First 2 letter of Month, then Last 2 letter of Year, then create date followed by 001. Ex: LOT-0123-00000
LOT: Prefix allows customization
0123: month (2 numbers) + year (2 numbers). 01: January, 2023 = 23
00000: five numerical digits automatically generated and incremented.
