Welcome to the user guide for the How to receive notification before product expires in Marketpulse OS CRM. This document provides a detailed, step-by-step tutorial on effectively using this module.
You can receive email for products that are about to expire. To receive email for near-expiry, here's how:
+ First, you need to go to Cron Joband enable cron job for Inventory, then enter the auto send email time in the "Hour of day to perform automatic functions" and the number of days before expiration in the "Automatically send items that will expire before X (date)" and select the recipient of the notification.
=> The email will be automatically sent when the product is about to expire before X days.
